Greenhouse Yoga

Sarah Shea is back at PorTch Tea this summer, but we're doing things a little differently! She will teach twice per month from June through September, alternating between your normal, instructor-led classes and then more collaborative workshop classes.
July 9: All Levels Vinyasa

Incorporating more standing postures, this flow will introduce you to Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara) and sequences. We will transition from one pose (asana) to another, holding anywhere from 3-7 breaths. Modifications will be offered where possible for those wanting stability, and deeper options will be offered should others want a more challenging practice. In short - this is for any level of yoga student!
