Greenhouse Yoga - Chakra Workshop

Sarah Shea is back at PorTch Tea this summer, but we're doing things a little differently! She will teach twice per month from June through September, alternating between your normal, instructor-led classes and then more collaborative workshop classes.
July 23: Chakra & Movement Workshop

What are the chakras? How do they affect our everyday lives? What does it mean to have "open" chakras? If these questions or similar ones have crossed your mind, this is the workshop for you. We will go in depth with more of what the chakras are, the importance of the energy centers, and what it means to unblock them. Even if you have a mild curiosity, come and listen! We will also be doing different yoga postures and meditations related to each chakra.
