Date: Saturday 21st February 2026 - 12pm-4pm (11am registration)
Location: Greene’s Gym
Description:
A 5-event grip strength competition testing raw hand, wrist, and forearm power. Suitable for all levels, with scoring done pound-for-pound, meaning anyone can win — regardless of size or bodyweight.

Cannonball Lift (Max Weight)
10m Farmer’s Carry (Max Weight)
2” Vertical Pole Lift (Max Weight)
Shanks Lift (Max Weight)
One-Hand Deadlift (Front or Jefferson)
