Join us for the Second Annual Green Valley Trick or Treat Trail! Sponsorship options are available, and will be provided soon! We need your help to improve on the success of last year’s Trail!!??♂️?? With so much encouragement from last year’s participants and Trail houses, we are thrilled to be back in 2024 on Halloween night at 5PM!! We believe this event is going to be bigger than ever! Improvements this year are six paid Hoover Police officers on the Trail for the entire event and six rented larger commercial generator lights. We had a fantastic time last year, and as the event grows, we want to make sure families can walk safely from parking areas to the Trail and that through traffic does not interfere with pedestrian foot traffic. We think having Hoover officers present is a smart way to make sure the event is as safe as possible. Also, we want to increase visibility on Trail streets in darker areas, and we hope these lights will add some oomph to the Trail. We also are *considering* adding music and having a costume contest.
? There are so many ways to help with the cost of officers, lights, banners, paper flyers, and other materials. *Please* let us know if you have sponsor ideas and if you can donate bags of candy! We definitely need help to pull off this event!!

? Large orange mailbox bows are available for purchase to fundraise for the Trail. If you do not wish to purchase a large bow, no problem, and we will bring you the standard bow from last year to the Trail houses. :)
? Please let us know if you have a Haunted House so we can include that House on the Trail Map!

Thank you for allowing us to get out early and spread the word and raise the money to support this event. We love our neighborhood, and we cannot wait to watch the community spirit grow through the Witches’ Ride and this Trail. Hoping we can coordinate an Egg Hunt at Sertoma, and maybe a live Nativity at Christmas. But, these are just ideas. ?
