Are you interested in gardening, have a plot at a VINES community garden, or just want to learn about growing food in a small space? Come to this workshop and learn the basics for planning your garden. VINES Executive Director, Amelia LoDolce, will lead this session where we’ll discuss spacing, design, sun/shade exposure, when and where to plant certain crops, managing pests, caring for your soil, and much more. Participants will take home their own garden plan! Free organic seed packets will be available to attendees.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public. A suggested donation of $5-$10 is appreciated.
