Written and directed by Luke Griffiths, GREEN: The Fight for Rock and Roll looks back on an incredible era of music as told by iconic WA musician, Wayne Green.The story focuses on Green’s raucous life as a leading member of Wayne Green and the Phantoms – a wild, irreverent, loud as buggery and sharp witted outfit which formed in 1979.
Green shares a reflective, warts and all story throughout the new film which will also celebrate a bygone era of rock ‘n’ roll in Perth.
There will be a Q and A with Director Luke Griffiths following the film.
