Find your inner peace amidst nature’s embrace at Green Calm! ? Join us downtown at 25 Franklin St. in Bangor for three separate events on Saturday, April 27, May 18, and June 15, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12 PM.
??♀️ Immerse yourself in a serene Vinyasa Flow, followed by a lush, plant-themed meditation before unlocking the secrets of plant care with our experts from Peak Wellness and Mainely Succulents.
What to expect:
?45 Minute Gentle Vinyasa Flow which will lead you through connection to breath, movement, length, strength and balance. Once we have warmed we will settle into a lovely, lush, meditation that will include a guided imagery authored and led by Sarah Thibault @sthibault
?Following, Lauren from Mainely Succulents @mainelysucculents will lead us through a tour of her plant selection, special locally created, artisan pots, plant species, needs, watering, care and potting technique. Next you’ll be invited to select and pot yours. Lots of space will be created for conversation and compadre, chats and laughter about house plant obsessions?, worries about plant survival and how lovely your body feels after yoga.
Open to all bodies and abilities. Many options to modify will be offered. All yoga accessories and plant items will be provided. Leave with your very own houseplant to beautify your home or office, continuing the green ? calm ? far beyond our event.
