About this Event
Join us at the Museum of Liverpool for a special screening of Green Border, the powerful and controversial film and Q&A on zoom with three-time Oscar nominee Agnieszka Holland. This gripping story highlights the humanitarian crisis at the Belarus-Poland border, where refugees from the Middle East and Africa become pawns in a geopolitical conflict.
The film has sparked debate in Poland—some believe it unfairly portrays border guards, while others see it as a stark depiction of a harsh reality. After the screening, you’ll have the unique opportunity to participate in a live Zoom Q&A with the director herself.
You will get a chance of freebies if book the ticket.
