About this Event
Pam and Jo will be celebrating and making our wonderful pollinators. Without them we would not be able to grow flowers, crops, fruit or vegetables. They are incredibly important to our ecosystems and for our planet and deserve to be celebrated - even the creepy ones!
The pollinators who grab all the headlines like butterflies, ladybirds and bees are very important but we must not forget the misunderstood pollinators like wasps, beetles and moths.
Our aim is to celebrate our mini beasts, pollinators and all thing creepy crawly, and encourage people to create wildlife areas in their gardens, schools or local grassy areas. We will look at why wasps are angry in August and try to dispel a few myths about bees and their stingers.
Pam Sullivan and Jo Gomez are artists, collaborators and big kids at heart so join them for lots of arts and craft fun!
