Join us Sunday, August 16 for Green & Clean - a hands-on workshop where you’ll make proven, “green” cleaners that work as hard as conventional products while being safer for you, gentler on the planet, and easier on your wallet.
What you’ll learn:
*The science behind effective green cleaning: how simple, food-safe and mineral ingredients cut grease, lift stains, and dissolve scale.
*Four core recipes you can use every week:
-Laundry detergent
-Dishwasher detergent (with pods)
-All-purpose spray cleaner
-Cream cleaning paste (for sinks, tubs and tough spots)
We’ll use a short, safe list of powerhouse ingredients—washing soda, baking soda, salt, citric acid, fresh lemons, plant-based liquid soap, sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach), vegetable glycerin, and vinegar. These are non-chlorinated, low-toxicity, and readily biodegradable. They cut grease, remove stains, and tackle limescale without the harsh fumes, dyes, or optical brighteners found in many conventional cleaners.

Tickets: $50
Your registration of $50 includes instructions and all materials to make 12 dishwasher pods plus the mold to make more. It includes a 4 oz jar of cleaning paste and a 12oz glass bottle of all purpose spray cleaner. PLUS you'll receive a 15% off coupon good to use the day of your workshop.
What to bring: Optional gloves and an apron. We’ll provide all materials and containers.
Spots are limited to 16 to keep it hands-on—reserve yours now. As with all our workshops, there are no refunds offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop. This includes requests for a gift card. Class will be held indoors with a max occupancy of 16 registered participants. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests.
