About The Greek Theatre Berkeley:

Originally financed by William Randolph Hearst in 1903, the venue is officially named the Hearst Greek Theatre, although most people just call it The Greek Theatre. The 8,500 seat amphitheater is located right in the middle of the University of California Berkeley campus and hosts a large number of concerts, performances and special events each year.
