For Greeks, preparing a meal for someone is the ultimate token of respect, gratitude, friendship and love." Georgios of London's The Life Goddess Georgios will teach us how to prepare and cook the traditional Greek dishes handed down to him from his mother. Learn why gloriously nourishing and healthy food is good for the mind, body and soul! By the end of each class, you will be able to recreate your own authentic Greek food for your friends and family and more importantly you will have enjoyed the fruits of your labour!
