Step back in time and celebrate Valentine’s Day the ancient way. Join us at The Atrium for an intimate Ancient Greek Valentine’s Dinner, a four-course, plant-forward feast inspired by classical Greek cuisine, philosophy, and ritual. Curated, cooked, and served by Atrium owner and Historian Hail Groo.This immersive evening pairs historically inspired dishes with thoughtfully selected wine pairings or crafted mocktails, guided by a wine master from Odell Brewing. Each course draws from ancient Greek food traditions—simple ingredients, bold flavors, and communal pleasure—reimagined for a modern table.
The menu includes fresh bread with wine and olives, lentil and barley soup, seitan “lamb” kleftiko with braised cabbage and Greek spices, and a sweet finish of sesame pasteli and fresh Mediterranean fruit. Along the way, guests will enjoy historical context on ancient Greek dining, wine culture, and the role of love, desire, and celebration in classical society.
