Our retreat offers a peaceful haven in lovely studios surrounded by lush green gardens, just a stone’s throw away from the sea, with breathtaking mountain vistas.
✨Example Daily Schedule
Sunrise Practice: Greet the day with flow yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
Breakfast/brunch: Enjoy a nourishing meal onsite, prepared with care to fuel your body and spirit.
Free Time: The time is yours to explore. Take a leisurely walk, swim in the crystal-clear waters, read, relax, or journal your thoughts.
Second Practice: As the sun begins to dip, gather for our second yoga session of the day. A chance for deep rest inside the slower yoga practices.
Dinner: As evening falls, we’ll meander through the fragrant orange groves to a local taverna, indulging in the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
