Greater Good March Beer Dinner

Join us for our March Beer Dinner and enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by our Chef Joseph Bishop. Each course will be expertly paired with a Greater Good beer. Tickets are $60 and are on sale until Mar. 15 @ 4:00 pm.

First Course

Peach and Prosciutto Flatbread: Sweet peach and salty prosciutto on a fluffy flatbread base with fresh mozzarella and balsamic.

Paired with Absolute Clarity 8% Imperial American IPA

Second Course

Brûléed Goats Cheese Salad: Goats cheese on a bed of arugula, spring greens, apples, and raspberries. Topped with fig jam.

Paired with Kiwi Raspberry 8% Imperial Sour Ale

Third Course

Confit Duck Leg: Succulent duck leg served with creamy dauphinoise potato and honey-roasted carrots.

Paired with Greylock 12% Imperial NEIPA

Fourth Course

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake: A buttery base with creamy cheesecake filling and sweet caramel throughout, and finished with a chocolate shell.

Paired with Fossilized 10% Imperial Hoppy Amber Ale
