Our 8th celebration of GLAAWC welcomes nationally renowned author, Diane McKinney Whetstone, introducing her new novel “Family Spirit,” as well as publishing industry expert, Kim M. Sadler as keynote speakers.

• Panel Discussions: Experience rich and thought-provoking conversations with industry panelists, particularly, in celebrating Black resilience and triumphant stories of overcoming adversity.

Admission is FREE; however, you can grab a copy of the award-winning author and Langston Hughes Literary Keynote speaker, Dianne McKinney Whetstone‘s new book, “Family Spirit,” by purchasing a bundled ticket! Have the author sign your copy at the conference. Please note, $6 of each book sale will go toward the production and continuation of GLAAWC.
