The Great Glebe Garage Sale is a popular community event held in the Glebe since 1986. The 2024 sale is set to happen on Saturday May 25, 2024 (from 8am to 2pm).Glebe residents sell their stuff from their front lawns, driveways and porches. Glebe merchants also hold a huge sidewalk sale. Collectively they make one ENORMOUS event that has become an annual community festival attracting thousands of people to the neighbourhood. From the start of the Great Glebe Garage Sale, the Glebe Community Association has encouraged everyone who takes part to donate to the Ottawa Food Bank.
