EVENT: Wednesday Evening Trail Run in partnership with Virginia
Happy Trails Running Club (VHTRC)
TIME: Depart at 6:05 PM.
COURSE: Varied terrain in Great Falls Park or Riverbend Park.
DISTANCE: Complete a distance that is good for you - everyone doesn't run the same distance. Distances typically vary from 3 miles up to 7 miles pending time of season and who is running that evening.
PACE: Open to all paces
WHAT TO BRING: Bring hydration if you need, trail running shoes are a plus, comfortable running gear. Headlamps required typically end of October to early March.
DISCLAIMER: This run is open to all runners, however you should have some experience with trail running. There may be times where you may be running by yourself and we can't always guarantee you will have a runner near you running with you. We will certainly make sure you understand the course as best we can provide before you get started.
