Great American Art Expedition: Family Fun Day at the CRMA, Free

Take a trip across America in your imagination! On each stop, you’ll craft a landscape in a different art medium, as if you were taking snapshots of the sights on your journey. Paint a watercolor seascape, draw a chalk desert-scape, and collage a Midwestern hill-scape. Then you can combine all your creations into a souvenir album to take home, topped with sparkly fireworks on the cover for the U.S.A.’s big upcoming birthday! While you’re here, explore our newest exhibition, Visions of America: The Nation at 250 Years (on view June 6-September 13, 2026), and even test your detective skills with a scavenger hunt in the galleries. This event is free and is fun for all ages.
