Join Marina from Grazing Gouda & Kevin Luther, the winemaker & owner of Lucid Winery in Sacramento, CA and learn how to make a Charcuterie board while tasting 5 wines in this Charcuterie Class at the beautiful Lucid Winery Tasting Room in Downtown Sacramento!
Marina will teach you everything you need to know on how to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board. You will learn build-a-bite pairing suggestions, as well as guidance and tips on cheese selection and cutting techniques and board layout as well as some intermediate skills including creating beautiful salami roses and fruit carving. You will be guided step by step as you create your own 10” cheese plate that serves 2 people.
Savor a curated selection of five exceptional small-batch wines, expertly chosen to complement your charcuterie experience, and personally presented by Kevin Luther, the winemaker and owner of Lucid Winery.
