Gravity Pulls is a three-hour immersive retreat experience designed to help you accept and respond to the natural pull toward deeper self-love. This gathering is centered on the understanding that love is not something we chase—it is something we allow ourselves to be drawn into.
At this retreat, we focus on loving yourself on a deeper level by exploring the parts of you that may not yet be fully accessed, acknowledged, or embraced. Through intentional practices, we guide participants into the next level of self-connection, awareness, and inner alignment.
The experience will include:
Energetic work centered around the concept of gravity and inner alignment
Mirror work to deepen self-awareness and self-acceptance
Sound baths to support nervous system regulation and energetic release
Mental health awareness and grounding practices
Reiki healing to encourage balance and flow
Gentle yoga to reconnect the body and breath
Breathwork to support emotional release and clarity
Each element of Gravity Pulls is intentionally designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and allow the pull toward love to unfold naturally—without force, pressure, or expectation.
