Gravity Flow: Contemporary Dance with floor work

Gravity Flow is my Contemporary dance class with floor technique exercises, Latin dance movements, Improvisation and Combos with everything we learn during the class.

Is such a good work out since the explosive movements, the repetition and coordination to move involve power and stamina.

It can be a challenging class but with time you start to feel how organic it is to move with gravity and spirals, is also a lot of fun because we feel like we are playing around for an hour ??
