Friday and Saturday events will be held in the Field 599 Yukers Street
We agreed to go back to First Baptist of Carver Homes for Church Service.
Shirts will be ordered from the same guy that Cassandra used due to low price.
Extra shirts will not be ordered this year.
Everyone must pay before their shirts can be ordered.
All shirts must be ordered by Oct. 1 so that they can be back in time for the reunion.
We need:
Ribs
Fish
Chicken
Seafood boil
Any sides like
potato salad
Collard greens
Mac and cheese
All casseroles
Baked beans
Red beans and rice
Desserts
Hotdogs for kids
Sodas, water, juice for kids
Six 6 foot tables for the food and for guests to sit.
Chairs for about 20
10 racks for food
Heat cans from Sam's 2 packs
Need volunteers to grill meats and fry fish.
Need Friday setup crew to setup tables and decorate.
12 orange and green tablecloths
20 paper lanterns for Sunday memorial.
All donations will be appreciated. So send your favorite dish because we need food for 3 days of fun and fellowship.
We need everyone to send this information to everyone you see or talk to that are our neighbors we grew up with. We want everyone to have an opportunity to come out and enjoy themselves and get reconnected. Let's make this our best reunion yet!
