Gratitude Workshop: Learn the Art of Being Truly Thankful

During the workshop:
• We’ll begin with a joyful song to raise our energy and create a warm atmosphere
• Learn how to practice gratitude in an effective and meaningful way
• Experience a 7-minute breathing exercise and calming practices
• Discover tools that help you appreciate everyday moments, relationships, food, water, and life itself
• Gradually explore deeper practices such as mirror work and self-awareness

This workshop is for anyone who wants to:
• Feel more peace and positivity in daily life
• Learn how to be grateful in both good and difficult situations
• Connect with themselves and others more deeply
• Invite more abundance, clarity, and joy into their life
