Gratitude Walk Club is meant to bring people together in the simplest, most human way — by walking side by side. It’s a community space to start the day with intention, connection, and gratitude. No pressure, no performance — just real people gathering to breathe, move, reflect, and remember what truly matters.

Gratitude Walk Club is more than a morning walk — it’s a shared ritual.
A circle of humans choosing connection over isolation, presence over autopilot, and gratitude over rush.

• We arrive at sunrise and greet each other with warmth.
• We open with breath and a shared intention.
• We walk as a community — some in conversation, some in silent reflection.
• If anyone feels called, we share stories, thoughts, or gratitude along the way.
• We close together, grounded, lighter, and connected.

It’s simple. It’s free. It’s real. A weekly rhythm to reset — for ourselves and each other.

We walk together with:

• Presence – We show up fully, with our hearts and attention.
• Respect & Non-Judgement – Everyone’s story and way of expressing is honored.
• Openness – All identities, backgrounds, and emotions are welcome.
• Consent – We ask before touch, photos, or recording. Boundaries are respected.
• Confidentiality – What’s shared in the group stays with the group.

Founded by Lauren & Yessica, two Latina, Chicago-based wellness practitioners and friends who believe in the healing power of community.

After years of personal growth through breathwork, sound, and spiritual practice, they envisioned a space where people could walk side by side — seen, heard, and never alone.

Their shared intention became simple but powerful:
Walk in gratitude. Breathe in truth. Heal in community.

You don’t need to be spiritual, athletic, or talkative.
You just need to be human.
