My sound healing instruments work with your chakras (energy centers), to help move a lot of energy quickly, clear energy blockages, and raise your vibe!You will be lying on the floor, so please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to lie on, and whatever you need to feel comfortable like blanket, pillow, bolster, and water. I will provide eye masks.
