Gratitude Sound Bath: A Thanksgiving Journey in Relaxation and Renewal

A meditative gratitude sound bath to soothe and relax before Thanksgiving. Bring your yoga mat or thicker pad, your pillow, bolster, socks, blanket, water, eyemask or anything else you need to be comfortable and relaxed. We will lie on mats and enjoy the joyful sounds of crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes for a 45 min sound bath.
