This workshop is blending structure and organization with creativity and collaboration. We will be sharing space to discuss the importance of gratitude and why creating a gratitude ritual can provide us with endless benefits. This is a workshop unlike others because we are focusing on community and how connecting with one another can lead to stronger habits and rituals with accountability.
Part 1 - Learning & Implementation
We will be discussing:
- the benefits of a consistent journaling practice.
- what happens when consistent journaling focuses on the gratitude.
- how we can connect this practice with other routines.
More information will be provided to attendees.

Part 2 - Discussing & Connecting
This second part we will be bringing our journals and discussing the results of a month worth of gratitude journaling in each of our lives.
More information will be provided to attendees.
Only participants who attend Part 1 will be invited to participate in Part 2.
