Gratitude Journaling

Join us for an inspiring session of gratitude journaling at SoCo Art Labs. Take some time for yourself to reflect on the parts of life that sometimes we don't get the chance to look at. The intention expression without self-judgement. A time and space for you to unwind to what you're holding on to and allowing yourself to release, and look at life for what it is. Our intention is for you to come in, unwind and also to possibly connect with others who want to look at life's gratitude also and find likemindedness in community. Feel free to bring supplies from home if you have a vision in mind, but it is not required! We will be providing supplies and we will be hand making our journals!

What to expect:

• Hand Binding Journals (With needle and thread)
• Journal Decorating
• Journal Writing (We will have prompts ready if you prefer a guided journaling experience)

This class is 2-hours long and time flies when you're mindfully creating. If you've forgotten what that feels like to slow down and be still for a moment, this is the perfect place for you. Self-Care, and a reminder.

Each day is rediscovering what's important in front of us and that is our goal, to bring it back out of the community.
