As the season shifts, we’ll gather in the sanctuary surrounded by cats to release what no longer serves us and open our hearts to gratitude for all that’s good. This practice is about slowing down, breathing deeply, and finding peace in the present.
Move with intention. Rest in gratitude. Leave lighter.
Enjoy a 45-minute slow movement class in the cat sanctuary to unwind and rejuvenate, followed by 45 minutes of cat time with a chance to cuddle, play, and interact with Starry Night Foster Cats.
Schedule:
✔️ Check-in: 6:45 – 7 PM @ Barista Counter
✔️ Set Up Mats: 7-7:15 PM
✔️ Yoga Flow: 7:15 – 8 PM
✔️ Cat Time: 8 – 8:45 PM
