Join us for a heart-centered evening exploring the power of gratitude and affirmations. We’ll share practical ways to turn these practices into meaningful daily rituals, explore how to amplify their impact, and touch on the science behind why they work. We’ll discuss how gratitude raises your energetic frequency and how affirmations can consciously program your mind and energy toward your highest timeline. This will be an interactive discussion with space for sharing and connection.
We will also be creating our own affirmation or gratitude jar to take home with us!
