This Thanksgiving season, join us for Grateful Hearts, a unique family workshop designed to help you connect on a deeper level, reflect on your blessings, and celebrate gratitude in meaningful ways. This is an opportunity to foster joy, reflection, and connection as a family, creating keepsakes to take home.

Through a blend of interactive activities, thoughtful reflections, and lighthearted games, families will come together to celebrate gratitude in ways that are both fun and deeply meaningful. Children are welcomed! This workshop is appropriate for children who can write or draw on their own, or they can participate with the help of a parent.

Create a Living Reminder of Your Blessings

• Each family will create a unique gratitude tree to take home as a beautiful reminder of shared gratitude. Use it to display on your Thanksgiving table and keep adding to it throughout the year.

Heartfelt Handprints

Celebrate Each Other with Words of Appreciation

• Families will create a keepsake of personalized handprints filled with words of love and appreciation. This activity strengthens bonds as each person shares what they value most in one another.

Center and Reflect as a Family

• A short guided meditation will help families slow down and appreciate the special connections they share, bringing a sense of calm and unity.

Joyful Family Time

• We’ll also play fun, family-friendly games designed to bring laughter and joy into the experience, creating lighthearted moments that everyone will enjoy.

• Strengthen Family Bonds – These activities bring family members closer, creating space for meaningful conversations and moments of joy.
• Create New Family Traditions – Families will learn ways to practice gratitude at home, building lasting rituals that foster joy and appreciation.
