In this 3-hour storytelling workshop, you’ll practice gratitude in a structured, creative way—discovering stories of appreciation for the people, experiences, and places that shape your life.Together, we’ll explore how storytelling can bring gratitude to life and deepen our sense of connection and resilience.
We’ll explore how storytelling can:
- Spark appreciation for the people and moments that sustain us.
- Strengthen relationships and create lasting connections.
- Highlight the meaning in everyday experiences.
- Build a practice of gratitude you can carry into the holiday season.
The session blends group discussion with individual reflection.You’ll leave with a personal story of gratitude and tools to continue noticing and sharing appreciation in daily life.
No experience needed. Just come ready to share and listen.

Refund Policy
When you register for a class, we reserve your spot and stop selling it once the class is full. Because of this, last-minute cancellations can be a loss for us unless we’re able to fill your spot.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If we’re able to fill your spot, you’ll receive a full refund or full credit—regardless of timing.
If we’re not able to fill your spot, the refund and credit policy is as follows:
- 4 or more weeks before the class start date Full refund or full credit
- Up to 4 weeks before 50% refund or credit
- Up to 3 weeks before 25% refund or credit
- Less than 3 weeks before Refunds and credits are not available
We know things come up, and we do our best to accommodate. Thanks for understanding the impact late cancellations can have on small class sizes.
