Living your life with gratitude helps you notice the little wins—like the uber showing up right on time in the rain , a stranger holding the door for you, or the sun shining through your window when you wake up in the morning. Each of these small moments strings together to create a web of well-being that, over time, strengthens your ability to notice the good.

About your facilitator:
Hi I am Namratha -& I help people connect to their inner world through art & heart to hearts .
I am a certified art therapist & work with both individuals and groups to create a safe , non- judgemental space to connect with their hearts and express themselves freely.
Intuitive art making, creative body movements , journalling ,theatre exercises, gratitude meditations & nature connections are some of the practises I explore in my sessions.
