We join forces with the Hoops Running Club for a night to help kick off and introduce our 2026 Grandma's Marathon official training group!
Our training group offers 65+ group runs --- 3x per week starting in January --- with certified coach Tony Stensland to help you build for success in either Grandma's Marathon or the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon in June 2026. Members will also be invited to hear monthly guest speakers and will recieve a branded ASICS singlet for race day.
Training group registration opens September 1 and members will have a guaranteed spot in either or full marathon or half marathon, so get signed up early and skip what's sure to be a LONG registration line on October 1!
For this event --- no commitments, no pressure. Just a chance to meet Coach Tony and to ask more questions about the group, plus we get to hang out with the Hoops Running Club for the night!
PLUS, we'll be giving away (1) free race entry and (1) free training group spot to a couple lucky people who show up to run with us. So don't miss it, we'd love to see you there!
