Get ready for a night of timeless Soul, when the mighty 13 piece Soul Kings, Grand WaZoo return to Bird's Basement, on December 20th, 2025 with an End of Year Party Show, to set you up for the summer holidays. Australia's Soul Music Extravaganza, which has been entertaining Australia and the world since 1981, is a must for 'good times and great music' - and will take you on a journey through the golden era of 60s-70s Soul that has delighted generations.
Featuring three superb vocalists, led by veteran soul man, Wylie J Miller and backed by the renowned WaZoo Horns and Rockin' Rhythm Masters, Grand WaZoo delivers iconic songs from artists like James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Ray Charles, Gladys Knight, Al Green, Etta James, Otis Redding, The Supremes, Wilson Pickett and more.
