🎉 Grand Reopening Ceremony of the McDonough Library 🎉Join us on Thursday, January 9th, 2025, at 10:00 AM for the Grand Reopening of the McDonough Library!
Celebrate the unveiling of our newly renovated library and the dedication of the Gary Barham Community Studio, named in honor of the late Henry County Commissioner Gary Barham, who helped secure funding for this project through SPLOST.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony with special guest speakers Senator Emanuel Jones and State Librarian Julie Walker, as well as self-guided tours of the library, a look at our new Memory Lab equipment, and library swag (while supplies last) for attendees.
