Come celebrate The Yoga Shala's long awaited grand re-opening with us on Saturday, May 4th, 2024!We will have a day of FREE classes, an open house and a lot of incredible sales all day! 20% off any packages for classes or private instruction, 20% off all merchandise and any memberships purchased on the 4th will come with a free tank top and 24x36 color yoga poster.

10:00-10:45am - Mat Pilates with Krista Shirley
11:00-1:00pm - Open House
1:00-1:45pm - Gentle yoga with Laura Daniel
2:00-3:00pm - Power Flow with Gabriella Armor
