Grand Rapids Mobile Food Ordinance - Feedback Meeting
The City of Grand Rapids is currently reviewing the Mobile Food Business Ordinance, and an in-person meeting has been scheduled to give food truck operators the opportunity to provide feedback directly to the City departments involved.
The Grand Rapids Food Truck Association has already been working with City staff, reviewing the current ordinance, and identifying some of the issues operators are experiencing. Now we want to make sure the broader food truck community has the opportunity to be part of the conversation as well.

Old East Leonard Elementary School
410 Barnett St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
This meeting is open to food truck owners and operators, whether or not you are a GRFTA member.
If you have experienced challenges with licensing, parking, inspections, meter reservations, private-property rules, operating locations, fire requirements, enforcement, special events, or other City regulations affecting food trucks, this is a chance to share those experiences directly with the people involved in reviewing the ordinance.
The goal is to make sure the City hears from the people actually operating food trucks and understands what is working, what is creating problems, and where clearer or more practical rules may be needed.
Please share this event with other food truck owners and operators who should be part of the discussion.
