Event Highlights

Important Policy Notice

To ensure a seamless experience and to support our grand opening event, please note the following policy

Mandatory Drink Purchase Policy

Purpose: To ensure a pleasant experience for all patrons, our establishment requires each guest to purchase at least one drink within one hour of the welcoming speech.

Policy Details:

1. Mandatory Drink Purchase: Each guest is required to purchase at least one drink within one hour of the welcoming speech. This policy applies to all patrons, whether they are dining in or simply enjoying the atmosphere.
2. Non-Compliance: If a guest does not purchase a drink within one hour of the welcoming speech, they will be asked to leave the premises. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any services, reservations, or fees paid if a guest is asked to leave due to non-compliance with this policy.
3. Enforcement: I will deliver a welcoming speech to all guests and will remind them of this policy. Compliance will be monitored, and guests approaching the one-hour mark without making a drink purchase will receive a reminder.
4. Review: This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and fair.

Breathalyzer Test Policy

Requirement

• All guests will be required to take a breathalyzer test before leaving the event. This measure is in place to help ensure that everyone travels home safely.

Testing Procedure:

• Breathalyzer tests will be administered at designated areas near the event exit.
• Our trained staff will assist with the testing process, ensuring it is quick and discreet.

Compliance:

• Guets who choose not to take the breathalyzer test will not be permitted to leave the event until the test is completed.
• If a guest registers a breath alcohol concentration that exceeds 0.08, alternative transportation arrangements will be provided.

Saftey First

• The breathalyzer policy is designed to promote responsible drinking and ensure that all guest get home safely
• We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy, which is crucial for a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

Alternative arrangement:

• For those who are unable or prefer not to drive, we encourage the use of ride-sharing services, taxis, or transportation will be provided.
