We are heading down the turnpike to Tulsa on Thurs. Sept. 19th to take a tour of The Gathering Place! Gathering Place is officially USA TODAY’s Best City Park 2024! After being chosen by an expert panel and USA TODAY 10Best editors, Gathering Place was featured in a readers’ choice contest along with 19 other city parks across the United States before being voted #1 by the public.
We will eat at one of the parks dining options - Red Bud Cafe or the Patio.
Planning on stopping at the Chimenea Connection on HWY 59 on our way home.
We will be carpooling from Cheapo Depot - we will meet up at 8:15 a.m. and leave at 8:30 - please be on time.
