Downtown LA’s Biggest Switch-Flipping Ceremony is Wednesday December 3 2025
Join the opening festivities for Grand Illuminations on Wednesday December 3rd starting at 12pm with a Holiday Marketplace curated by The Goddess Mercado. Then enjoy live entertainment starting at 4pm a community countdown and tree lighting ceremony at 5pm followed by a live band until 7pm.
What to Expect:
- ✨ Be the first to experience Grand Illuminations an immersive holiday light display at The Yard at Cal Plaza featuring Liquid PXL’s Electric Dandelions Lumiverse and a 25-foot custom-designed tree
- ☕ Shop local at our Holiday Marketplace featuring local vendors curated by The Goddess Mercado perfect for finding unique gifts for everyone on your list
- ? Bring new unwrapped toys or essentials (including personal care items) to support Para Los Niños Drive
- ? Lighting ceremony begins at 5pm
- ? Live musical performances from 4pm - 7pm
- ? Stop by Blitzen’s a Christmas pop-up at Noe Bar for a festive drink!
