We have always known that there was an end date to our life on Vermundsgade 13 - and two weeks ago we learned that this era will end, after 7 years, on 1. January 2025.After the obvious disappointment and the first wave of denial and the desire to fight, we then sat with a lot of gratefulness for what we got to built and experience together in this location. So many things were just right here for these crazy years to be possible - we are extremely thankful for that. And then we started looking forward again. Enough with being nostalgic. Rört has only just started and is needed in the world more than ever, so let’s move ahead.
FIRST of all, this means that in the next months nothing will change - we still meet for practice and we only have more reason to fully utilize and enjoy this pocket in Copenhagen! But SECONDLY we are also fully aware that we are in fact without a home in 8 months from now, and we know from past experience that 8 months is not a lot of time for finding a new great(er) place in Copenhagen.
IN SHORT: We have a huge challenge ahead of us, maybe the biggest we have ever taken on together, and we need your help in finding our new home. For that reason we are inviting you to join this grand gathering where we discuss: What do we dream of, what could it look like and how do we find it?
