There’s fun for all, and a bit of brainwork too, with the return of Letchworth Howard Rotary Club’s annual charity quiz night on Saturday November 1. And it’s all in aid of good causes. A great evening is guaranteed, with question-time challenges, terrific prizes for the winning teams, a mouth-watering ploughman’s supper, and an exciting raffle.We’re raising money for Garden House Hospice and also for patient amenities at Lister Hospital’s radiology department, where it’s planned to buy a television for the benefit of patients undergoing lengthy treatment sessions.
It's at St. Geroge's Church Hall in Common View, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1DA and starts at 7.30, with doors open from 7.00. Tickets are a mere £17.50, to include supper (but bring your own drinks). Get yours by emailing [email protected] or telephone 07534 024310.
