Introducing the Grand Central Church of Christ Fall Craft Fair! We will be hosting our first Fair in our brand new Ministry Center/Gymnasium on Saturday November 1 from 9am- 4pm and hope you will make plans to be a part of what we hope will be a great day! Online Registration is due by October 25 and spots are first come first serve.Booth Space Option 1: 8’x10’(You must provide your own table with capped feet- we provide chair) $25 per space.
Booth Space Option 2: 8’x10’ (8ft or 6ft rectangular table/rounds available on request and 2 chairs provided) $35 per space.
Spots with electric will be an extra $5 fee and are only guaranteed on first to register basis.
Each Crafter or Vendor will need to donate one item for a giveaway with a minimum $10 value. This will need to be available first thing on the day you set up.
Booth must be paid in full at the time you send in your online reservation form. Once payment is received then you will be assigned a spot.
One 8 ft. or 6 ft. table and one or two chairs will be provided as needed and based on what you checked on the reservation form. You must provide you own table coverings.
We will try to accommodate any special requests such as those who want to be beside certain other crafters, specificarea, spot etc., however, placement is not guaranteed.
Please don’t ask to be moved to a different spot once you have arrived. If you want a different spot after you have arrived you can ask the person who has that spot if they want to trade.
If you are reserving a booth with electric, you will be allotted one plug in. You will also be responsible for bringing your own extension cord and power strips, plus any tape that may be needed to secure the extension cord. Electric will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
Set up times are Friday evening October 31 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday morning from 7:30am to 8:30am.
Please DO NOT arrive prior to the scheduled set up times. There will be check in table at Ministry Center entrance in back parking lot.
If you are direct sales and are selling items such as Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Tastefully Simple, etc. please let us know asap if you will be attending. We want to limit this to one per company and we will make this available to first to register.
We plan to have people available to help unload and load your items. These services aren’t guaranteed so please be prepared to take care of this on your own.
Please do not tear down prior to 3:30 pm. Doing so before then can interrupt other crafters and vendors as well as shoppers.
We are new to this but are very excited about the possibilities and believe our space will be great for this event. We will have a $5 entry fee for shoppers and will have concessions available throughout the day. Money raised will go directly to support our mission team heading to Honduras in June.
