Join Cohort V alum Ray Albarez as he covers the basics of mural work and grafitti during this short hands-on workshop. Ray will cover materials, location scouting, simple techniques and assist with getting you started on the basics of using walls and spray paint to make a work of art. Open to beginners with all materials provided.
Ray Albarez is a self-taught creator and Dallas native. Ray owns a spray paint delivery company, co-founded the renowned Trigger Fingers event, and is employed as a toy design engineer. His work is pervasive in the metroplex and abroad in London, Paris, and Spain. Whether he’s painting in the forgotten realms of the city or building the artistic community, Ray Albarez continues to challenge the viewer and himself with the duality of painting intricate pieces in abandoned locations.
