About this Event
Set against the sacred backdrop of Melukote’s Dhanushkoti Rock, this award-winning documentary captures an extraordinary act of community-driven conservation. Graffiti follows a group of 25 IT professionals who, in collaboration with the Puttannaiah Foundation and Explore Nation, took on the mission to clean and restore a revered heritage site — believed to be where Lord Ram once shot an arrow to quench Sita’s thirst.
Produced by Mohammed Suhaib, Founder of Affectionate Hands, the film highlights how everyday citizens can become custodians of cultural and environmental heritage. Recognized with two international awards, Graffiti is an inspiring testament to the power of collaboration, devotion, and action — a story that reminds us that preserving the past is also a way of protecting our future.
