That’s why we are inviting you to our Grads at The Grounds lunch (with drinks!), where you can meet your new grad big sisters, future work besties, and get some real-talk advice from people who’ve been exactly where you are right now.

You will hear from (and get the opportunity to meet, mingle & take pics with) the amazing:

• Ellie Peach (@_ellie.peach): Ellie is an Emergency RN who will share the little tips that made a huge impact on staying positive and confident throughout her new grad placement.
• Nurse Priya (@itsnursepriya): Radiology and travel RN, Priya will talk about the importance of team nursing, standing up to workplace bullying and building a strong support system both at work and beyond.
• Elle Brown: Elle is a Registered Nurse with 40+ years’ experience in critical care and clinical supervision, dedicated to supporting nurses, midwives, and students, with a strong focus on wellbeing.
