About this Event
Once upon a time, the graduate students of W&M gathered to celebrate the spring semester with their fellow students. Legend has it that this grand event was called Grad Bash... and you're invited!
Get ready to take a trip down memory lane and enjoy a night of food, beverages, and dancing as Grad Council throws it back to your favorite storybook classics! The event will be held from 7-10pm on Friday, April 7th at the Briggs Amphitheater at Lake Matoaka. All graduate students and guests are invited to attend, and we encourage you to come dressed as your favorite storybook character!
In an effort to reduce waste on campus, Grad Council is proud to offer reusable souvenir cups with purchase of your ticket! Tickets can be purchased here for $20, or $25 at the door. Tickets will be discounted 5$ for those who choose to bring their own cup ($15 online and $20 at the door). If bringing your own cup we kindly ask you to bring a cup without a lid. Additionally, if you purchase a discounted ticket online, but do not bring a cup you will be charged $5 at the door for a souvenir cup.
To gain FREE admission to the event you can volunteer to serve food / drinks during the event! Follow the link here to sign up for a volunteer slot. Volunteers will not be given a souvenior cup, but can purchase one for $5 or bring their own cup (without a lid).
