Uprooted is a workshop series where we’ll explore where emotional instability started, traumatic experiences made an entrance, and where healing begins! Not only will you be empowered but you will get the tools you need to progress in your healing journey!

If you have been feeling emotionally triggered by events in your childhood

If you have an unstable relationship(s) with your parent(s)

If you have been heartbroken after countless relationships and you feel you are a good woman that's questioning your character

If you have friendships and relationships that lack boundaries and you don't know how to effectively communicate

But, you are a woman to let it all go and face yourself well this workshop is just for you. This a space where a woman can be a woman and heal.

This is a space where we live, learn, and grow together.
